Measurement & Custom Order Disclaimer

All doors and tracks are custom manufactured to the exact dimensions you supply. Because each set is bespoke, RobeDoors2u is not liable for doors that do not fit due to customer mismeasurement, and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or remade free of charge once cutting has commenced.

Please double-check all four opening measurements (width top, width bottom, height left, height right) against our Measuring guide before submitting your order.

Customer confirmation

Before payment, every customer must confirm that their measurements are accurate and that custom-made doors cannot be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect measurements.

If something doesn't fit

Contact us at info@robedoors2u.com.au. Where possible, we can quote to cut down or remake components at cost — replacement fees and delivery charges apply.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your doors are faulty or not made to the measurements you supplied, we will repair or replace them.
