  • Drill/Driver with a Phillips Head bit (optional 5mm drill bit should you wish to pre drill the top guide track for ease of fitment)
  • Screwdriver (optional, for adjusting the wheels)
  • Caulking Gun with a good quality Silicone

DO NOT lift the doors horizontally from the side aluminium — this can separate the frame from the infill. Always lift vertically.

  2. Screw the top track to the bulkhead using the Phillips screws provided.
  3. Fix the bottom track down with the V-grooves facing up (these guide the wheels) using a good quality silicone on the underside.
  4. If you are fitting onto carpet, use the floor batten we supply. Screw the batten on an angle to the side jambs to give a flat, secure surface, then fix the bottom track to the batten Using a good quality Silicone. If going onto bare concrete with carpet being installed afterwards, Fix the supplied Batten to the floor first using silicone and then fix the track to the batten using silicone.
  5. Slide one door to the back of the top track and lift it vertically into the rear wheel slot on the bottom track.
  6. Adjust the door by turning the wheel adjustment screw clockwise or anti-clockwise until it aligns with the side jamb.
  7. Repeat the process for the front door then check to make sure that the Jambs and bottom track are still in the correct position then leave for 24hrs in order for the silicone to fully cure.
